Stuttgart
Die Debatte um Winnenden hat im Innenausschuss des Landtages stattgefunden und nicht im Plenum wo die Lesung und Abstimmung über Gesetze zulässig ist, es ging zunächst um die Einsatzpalnung der acht Bellhubschrauber einmal zunächst von Göppingen nach Winnenden, zum anderen um einen Hubschrauber, der den Ministerpräsidenten in Mainz im Landtag abholte.
Meine Darstellung, daß zunächst microsoft in München unter dem Titel vermsichtes soll aufrechterhalten werden, es ergab sich, daß eine Geisel aus Göggingen gezwungen war den Weg nach Tübingen zu nehmen und dann in Wendlingen aus dem Fahrzeug entkommen konnte.
Wenn nun im Landtag die Debatte unter Juristen über ein Gesetz geführt worden wäre, alle Juristen in Tübingen bis zur Promotion ausgebildet werden, dann hätte in der Morgenstelle die Debatte geführt werden müssen, Stuttgart hat keine juristischen Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten geschaffen.

Man hatte dies vom Gymnasium bis zur Pädagogischen Hochschule und dem Realschullehrerseminar nur wenige Schritte vorbei am Landratsamt des Günther Benisch in die vorbei in jenen Trakt des Pädagogikums das Realschullherer betreuen sollte, inzwischen wurde eine Venia Legendi als Habitilation im Fach Politische Wissenschaften vergeben, dies jedoch im Neubau der Pädagogischen Hochschule in der Oberbettringer Straße 200 auf dem Hardt, es hat die Entflechtung der staatlichen Schulbehörde und des Schulrates von der Ausbildungseinrichtung stattgefunden, eine Professur kann nur mit der Kooperation der Universität Tübingen und dem Wissenschaftsinisterium vergeben werden.

Tschechien II
Zum Übergangspremier wurde Jan Fischer Chef des Statistischen Amtes zur Übernahme der Regierung nach Mirek Topolanek bestimmt. Er soll am 9. Mai eingesetzt werden.
Dies wurde mit einer Mehrheit der Parlamentsmitglieder bestimmt, die alle Parteien außer den Kommunisten tragen.
Es soll die Europawahl und die Präsidentschaft abgeschlossen werden, danach sind Neuwahlen für den 9. Oktober bestimmt.
Regelungen die akzeptabel sind.

Schorndorf
